Birthday & Mother's Day Getaway

We made a short getaway to Genting Highlands last week.
It was a perfect destination, less than 2 hours drive from home,
to celebrate Isabelle's birthday, Mother's Day and stress-release day!
The best was the cool weather.  Great to escape from the heat in the city.

Made egg-sausage sandwich for late breakfast to eat during the journey.
Early check in at the hotel and check in was a breeze. Done within 5 minutes.
Probably because it was a weekday.

Was a little doubtful about First World Hotel's room.
The last time I stayed here was almost 5 years or so ago and the Standard Room
was really really tiny!
But the World Club Room took us by surprise.
Huge.  Clean.  New.

(Tips :  Rooms at Tower 2 are cleaner and new)

and looking relaxed!

Looking so happy!

The 'I-am-so-bored-and-sleepy' stare

On the carousel,
probably 5th or 6th round.

Bonus - Breakfast served in World Club Lounge.
Peaceful and private.
No need to join the 'Great Wall of China' long queue at the cafe.
Yippee!

After meal smile

You are right, the room can accommodate the whole kampung! :)
Not too bad at all for a hotel like First World. Very near to Indoor Theme park as well, plus point!

No worries about the comments. Having you dropping by is good enough :) I want to deactivate that captcha code. Yeah, it does get a little annoying I know.
